Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color/size selection, or custom engraving requests.

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us at blackflagtitanium@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
